Keep us vigilant, Almighty One, for the new growth in our midst. The anxiously awaited crocus, the tree on the corner with its buds giving their best shot, the germ of an idea that could just take flight. As Easter people we know that hope gets the last word and so may we invest in that which builds up and let go of those notions that offer no light and life to the world. Turn our glance each day toward you, Creator God, found in the faces and beings that surround us. May our lives be a blessing to you and all your beloved ones. Amen.
