So much to wake up to, Almighty God. The possibility of war, a plane crash, devastating fires – we cannot wish all of this away. What we can do is live as your beloved children who advocate for peace by our living, who lift in prayers those who need our attention, and who join together to continue, day after day, to work side by side with you in building your beloved Kingdom. Be with us in our struggles, our grief, our frustration and our sense of helplessness. With you, Loving One, all things are possible. Amen.
