Our heads are spinning and our nerves are on edge, Loving God, and still the sun arose on this new day and the birds are perched on branches singing their hearts out, knowing nothing of social distancing or quarantines. On this first day of spring, may we soon feel the hope of warming temperatures and budding flowers and trees and grass that is transformed into lush greenness and experience the renewal that is in our midst, still happening in spite of our worry. In the meantime, Most Holy One, may we find rest from our troubles in your mercy and your peace. Amen.
