So much hope when spring finally seems to show itself in robins, budding trees and that bit of purple crocus that gets less and less shy with each new day. Creator God, sap is still being gathered and the potholes that winter brought are still in evidence so we know the possibility of winter’s last gasp may still be on the horizon. In this in-between time, you bridge the gap between what was and what will be. Your presence accompanies us as we wait, often not patiently, for warmth and new life. Abide in us as we abide in you, Holy One. Amen.
