In this prime growing season, each day brings new growth, Most Holy One. Yesterday’s firmly closed daylily today greets us with its vivid petals split wide open. The tomato that is changing from orange to red promises juicy deliciousness to enjoy in the days to come. O God, may we open our minds and hearts to new ideas, opportunities, and adventures, recognizing that this may be just the chance for growth we’ve been yearning for all along. We pray this in your sacred name, Ever Abiding God. Amen.
