Holy One, the weather has taken a turn and suddenly we find ourselves in a new season. As we usher in the time of snow and cold, let us find the beauty in it. As we consider those of your children who struggle to stay warm or even find a safe place to sleep, may we search for ways to be of support to them for when any of us are hurting, we all are hurting. May we be light bearers this day and all of our days. In your gracious name, we pray. Amen.
