What a difference the shining sun makes, God of Glory! Flowers reach toward it, cats nap contentedly within it, children play games with the shadows it casts and the birds’ songs seem sweeter. We give thanks for the possibilities that now feel within our reach on this sunny day. May we be led by this bright light to the place of kindness and compassion. Through you, all things are possible, Almighty God. Amen.
