Together apart we journey through Holy Week, Loving and Merciful God. This is the culmination of the season of Lent when we are encouraged to slow down and be more prayerful. We never would have imagined how much of both of these things are now a part of everyday – before this Holy Week and for weeks to come. Let us not rush to get to the Resurrection but rather lean into you for a few more days and the story that brings meaning to our lives. At the table, on trial, in the midst of suffering – you are there and you are here. May we arrive at Easter changed for the better. In your holy name, we pray. Amen.
