Midweek Prayer

So many signed on so young.  So many heeded their nation’s call. So many saw and experienced the unimaginable. So many carry scars, both visible and unseen.  On this Veteran’s Day, we lift all of these lives to you, O God, in praise and thanksgiving.  May we continue to offer them your loving care all the days of their earthly lives.  In your most holy of names, we pray.  Amen.
