So much tugs on our hearts, Most Holy One. Even a few minutes of news has the ability, at times, to bring us to tears. It is so tempting to tune it all out and focus inward and yet we know we are called to care and that means we may get hurt by what we witness. As we walk through the challenges all around us, may we find ourselves once again held by you, known by you, and loved by you. And then may we go out into your world offering what we can to lift up and strengthen your children here, there and everywhere. Amen.
