Some days, Almighty One, it seems like there is more to pray for than there are hours in the day. People who are hurting or grieving. Wars and all of the pain and suffering they cause. Land, sea, and air that desperately need tending. Quiet our busy minds and be with us as we lean into you for mercy and peace. Your ever-abiding presence is the strength we need to face all of life, the heartbreaking as well as the beautiful. In your holiest of names, we pray. Amen.
